Refund, Exchange & Shipping Policy

Refund Policy

Dr.PEMF offers a 14-day refund policy for unused products only. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Products used, opened, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Exchange Policy

If your product has been opened or used and you are not satisfied, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receipt.

  • Exchanges are subject to approval and inspection.

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  • Shipping charges for exchanges may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at info@dr-pemf.com with your order number and reason for the request.

Free Shipping – U.S. Orders

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery times vary by location but generally arrive within 5–8 business days after processing.

  • Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with tracking provided.

International Orders

We currently do not offer international shipping. For wholesale inquiries or international distribution, please contact us at info@dr-pemf.com.

Order Issues or Damaged Items

If your package is damaged or missing items upon arrival:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@dr-pemf.com.

  • Include photos of the damage and your order number.

  • We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or solution.
